Revision Policy:
American Web Co. is committed to your satisfaction. The number of revisions included depends on your chosen package. We’ll work with you until your needs are met, within the scope of your package. Changes to already finalized designs will be considered a new project and charged accordingly.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Non-Refundable: Special packages, approved primary design concepts, revisions requested, cancellations unrelated to our service, inactivity exceeding 2 weeks, policy violations, work with other designers, incomplete briefs, complete design changes, refund requests exceeding the timeframe, business closures/name changes, “change of mind” or internal disagreements.
- Partial Refunds (Service Bundles): If dissatisfied with one service in a bundle, only that service is eligible for a partial refund.
- No Refunds (After 15 Days): All purchases are non-refundable after 15 days.
- Non-Refundable Services: Social media management, SEO, domain registration, logo copyrights/trademarks, web hosting, paid plugins.
- Websites: No refunds after design approval and development begins.
- Partial Refund (Initial Brief): Clients who fail to provide an initial brief within 10 days of placing an order may be eligible for a partial refund (up to 25%).
- Right to Cancel: American Web Co. reserves the right to reject any project or cancel a contract. Refunds will not grant design usage rights. Designs remain our sole property.

- Contact us by phone (+1 (888) 449-5033), live chat, or email.
- We’ll analyze your request and initiate the process if applicable.
- Following your refund, design rights are revoked. Copyright ownership will be transferred to American Web Co.
